When you join Power In Motion, you'll be doing something for yourself, you'll meet like-minded people, you'll get great coaching, and you'll complete a 5K run.
 
HARRA's  Power In Motion program is a 10 week, adult, 5K running clinic, for new and intermediate runners. It offers guidance, support, encouragement, training tips and a comprehensive training regimen for individuals wishing to improve their running ability.


Power In Motion would like to thank all of the participants, coaches, and supporters for making the Fall 2011 session a huge success. We hope that everyone will be back in the spring as we continue the tradition started in 1998.
